I am intrigued. What have you actually photographed here, please?

Ha! Well, it’s a thistle leaf obscuring the setting sun. I notice it in the background of a frame I was focussing and took of couple of shots – when I focussed on the leaf it just didn’t have the same ‘other worldly’ effect.
